ZURICH (Reuters) – Credit score Suisse (SIX:) stated on Thursday shareholders exercised preferential subscription rights for 532 million Swiss francs of Sequence B of two collection of obligatory convertible notes, a take-up equaling 59.7% of the 891 million combination principal quantity.
The Swiss financial institution introduced the capital hike final month after the collapse of U.S. funding fund Archegos, and the demise of British finance agency Greensill, plunged it into disaster.
